- Custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before next billing date.
- Annual plans may be cancelled with pro-rata refund (minus 10% processing fee).
- Data retained 30 days after cancellation.
