Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable.

  4. Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before next billing date.
  • Annual plans may be cancelled with pro-rata refund (minus 10% processing fee).
  • Data retained 30 days after cancellation.
